New Construction on a smaller scale is the best way to describe 88 Wareham. Wareham is a boutique-style Condominium building with 27 homes, a mix of one—and two-bedroom condominiums, in the heart of the south end in the SOWA District. It was designed by Brian Healy Architects and is Cresset Development’s latest creation.
The homes at 88 Wareham offer crafted finishes, including Baltic Wood Elite oak flooring, Caesarstone countertops with waterfall edges, white glass cabinetry with two-toned gray edge banding, and a white glass backsplash. Grohe Chrome Faucets and pendant lighting complete the look.
88 Wareham doesn’t offer any amenities; however, it does offer a fully automated parking system that is very efficient but convenient. Homeowners in the building call up their car and are notified when it is ready. The car is called up via an app on the phone or a central keypad. The Automated parking system allows 60% more spots to be made available. You pull into the central Parking Bay, and the system figures out the best place to park your car, maxing time and space.
Besides parking, there is a common Roof Deck Terrace that all residences may use. There is one bed and two beds. 1-bed starts in the 700 range, and the two beds start at 1.4 million and go up. Most of the units lack great views, but there are some places where you are not looking out at another building.
