Now with Winter in the rearview mirror and temperature rising more and more of us will be spending time outdoors,  and with covid numbers going down and the vaccine is available to more of the general public. People have more reason to want to gather with friends and family. All of these properties do offer people the ability to enjoy outdoor space, but it might not be a private outdoor space.

The home in New Hampshire offers twice as much square footage to live in, and more spaces to entertain friends and family. In Boston, you would be lucky to get a private roof deck or patio. The home on Shaker Jerry Rd offers 2 miles of trails for friends and family to explore and enjoy all year long. Along with 38 Acres of open space and ample privacy which you might not get with the home in Boston. The home in Boston is also a Condo vs a Single-family home.  You will pay more for taxes owning this single-family home. In New Hampshire, the property taxes for the home would be 2,704.00 vs The Boston Condo Taxes are $9,175 and it’s unknown if taxes reflect a residential exemption.

The home in New Hampshire offers a central location but feels more like an all-year-round retreat. This lakes Side retreat Offers 5 bedrooms like the Chestnut Street home in Beacon Hill, but it does also offer a waterfront along with a beachfront. Again central location like the city home. What the new buyer values

Even though we are a year out from when Covid started buyers’ needs and wants have changed. Space and rooms that multi-purpose and offer more time outdoors than inside. City living will never go out of fashion, but both are lifestyles that speak to each unique person. If your ready to explore your options in Mass and New Hampshire contact me.
